Esta colección de ensayos, hasta la fecha inéditos en inglés, viene firmada por una de las mentes más lúcidas del judaísmo contemporáneo, el profesor Marc H. Ellis. Autor y editor de más de veinte libros, entre ellos el ya clásico Toward a Jewish Theology of Liberation, Ellis es una figura apenas conocida en España, donde aún permanecía sin traducir. English for Aviation is written by two authors with vast experience in teaching aviation English. The material has been authenticated by pilots, air traffic controllers and aviation English trainers in countries such as Spain, France, Italy, Brazil, Asia, and the Middle East. The book has eight units taking students from pre-flight checks, through the flight path, to switching off the engines, with all content aligned to ICAO 'Operational Level 4' guidelines. Events covered include ground movements, departure, cruising, contact and approach, and landing. The course supports standard radiotelephony phraseology and helps to improve students' plain English in the skill areas specified by ICAO, such as pronunciation, structure, vocabulary, fluency, comprehension, and interactions.

English for Cabin Crew teaches students how to communicate clearly, assertively, and politely in a range of different on-board situations. English for Cabin Crew has eight units, organised around the sequence of a flight: from introductory and pre-flight information, through to descent, landing, and layover. English for Cabin Crew also covers a range of related topics, such as how to explain meals and services, solving seating problems, and attending to sick passengers.
